Happy February! The month of love. And I don’t mean just for couples. February is one of my favorite months because it reminds me how important love is.

Have you made your plans for Valentine’s Day yet? I’m definitely still in planning mode but I know this year will involve some sort of cooking and baking. Shhh… Making and giving food is an act of love. Food is a life essential and nourishing our bodies with healthful foods is the ultimate form of self-love.
