Organic mixed greens
1-2 organic whole okra
- slice the okra into small pieces
- Mix okra with mixed greens and balsamic
- Place shrimp on top

If you never had or heard of okra before, okra is a nutritious vegetable of North East African origin. It is also known as “lady’s finger” or “bamia”. And as well as a good source of minerals such as iron, calcium, manganese, and magnesium.
