Red pepper pesto veggie wrap

High protein wrap with chickpeas and loaded with fiber 🙂 Easy to make and super tasty! Great for summer time

Ingredients: 

Organic baby spinach

1/2 can of chickpeas

1 organic tomato

Red pepper pesto

onion (optional)

shredded cheese

1 whole wheat wrap

Directions:

  1. spread the red pepper pesto across the whole wheat wrap
  2. sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese (optional)
  3. slice the tomato and place a slice on top of the shredded cheese
  4. place layer of chick peas with cubed onion (onion is optional)
  5. place last layer of baby spinach on top of the chick peas
  6. then wrap it 🙂
