Morning avocado orange smoothie

Avocado provides nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, vitamin E, B vitamins and folic acid. Avocado is loaded with the good fat and will keep you full all morning!

Ingredients:

1 organic avocado

2 clementine or other citrus fruit

water

Directions: 

Blend it away with water!
