Brown rice vegan bibimbap.
Organic firm tofu
1/2 organic sweet onion
1 organic red pepper
bibimbap sauce (you can get it from Korean or your local Asian store)
- cook brown rice
- slice onion and carrots. Cube red pepper
- in a stir pan, add tofu, onion , carrots, sprout, broccoli and red pepper. stir fry with bibimbap sauce
- once brown rice is cooked, add to the stir fry pan.
