vegan bibimbap

Brown rice vegan bibimbap.

Organic firm tofu

brown rice

1/2 organic sweet onion

1 organic red pepper

Organic carrots

organic broccoli

bibimbap sauce (you can get it from Korean or your local Asian store)

Sprouts

Directions:

  1. cook brown rice
  2. slice onion and carrots. Cube red pepper
  3. in a stir pan, add tofu, onion , carrots, sprout, broccoli and red pepper. stir fry with bibimbap sauce
  4. once brown rice is cooked, add to the stir fry pan.
