Mango Pineapple shrimp taco! sweet and spicy!
Organic can pineapple
Organic frozen mango
Cabbage ( green and purple)
Organic red pepper
Organic sweet onion
- pour 1/2-1 can pineapple in a stir fry pan (based on personal preference) be sure to pour some juice into the pan
- add frozen mango and stir fry with pineapple.
- slice onion and cube red pepper and add it in with rest of the stir fry
- add shrimp. add more pineapple juice if desires.
- add a pinch of himalayan salt
- slice the cabbage and put it on top of the taco shell
- once shrimp is cooked, add the stir fry pan items on to the taco shell.
