I’m not a hug fan of asparagus because of the distinguish taste. I can only eat it if you wrap bacon around it 😉 however, this dish taste amazing! The spicy garlic sauce cover the distinguish taste that asparagus have. Must try dish even if you aren’t a asparagus fan.

- Boil a pot of water. Once boiled, add asparagus and wood ear mushroom in . Boil it for about 1 minutes and then put it on a plate. (don’t over cook the asparagus )
- add a splash of soy sauce around it
- add spicy garlic
- mix it well and then its ready for be served!
