One of my new favorite lunch dish these days is this veggie wrap! Unlike salad, this wrap will keep you full! Loaded with fibers and low in calories! It is vegan and raw. It is very economical and easy to make!
Organic mixed greens
Organic cherry tomato
organic yellow zucchini
- slice the cherry tomato
- in the a bowl, mix the mixed greens, tomato, zucchini and walnut together . If you will eat immediately, mix with citrus dressing
- place the mixture in center of the wrap and then wrap it!
