Ingredients: 

Whole wheat slims (i got my from Trader Joes)

Gouda cheese

1 Beet

organic tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. spread tomato sauce on the slims
  2. break the gouda cheese into small chunks unless you have slices
  3. Peel and slice beet and then place on the top of the slims
  4. Oven it for 15-20 minutes at 375F
