Rainbow bibimbap

FullSizeRenderBibimbap! One of my favorite Korean dish. It is pronounced Bi Bim Bap. The word literally mean “mixed rice.”

Ingredients:

Rice

Spinach

Carrots

Shitake mushroom

Zucchini

Fried tofu

Red cabbage

sprout

Egg (optional)

bibimbap sauce or galbi sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook uncooked rice
  2. Sautee all vegetables with bibimbap sauce (mixed or individually, based on personal preference)
  3. Once the rice is cooked, mix sauteed vegetable on top
  4. Based on personal preference, add a poach egg on top
