Ahi tuna bowl

Ahi Tuna bowl! This is going my be my favorite dish in 2016! Yep! Tasty, raw, yummy!

IMG_9230Ingredients:

Brown Rice

Ahi Tuna (available at your local Japanese market)

1 Mini Cucumber

Sliced ginger or sushi ginger

1/3 cup White and green onion

Sesame oil

Sesame seeds

pinch of red chili flakes

1/2 Organic avocado

2 Leaf of organic kale

Macadamia nuts

Edamame

Sauce: siracha aioli

Directions:

  1. Cook brown rice
  2. Chop and slice all vegetables
  3. Once the rice is cooked, let it cool down.
  4. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together with the siracha aioli and a splash of sesame oil
