Ahi Tuna bowl! This is going my be my favorite dish in 2016! Yep! Tasty, raw, yummy!
Ahi Tuna (available at your local Japanese market)
1 Mini Cucumber
Sliced ginger or sushi ginger
1/3 cup White and green onion
pinch of red chili flakes
1/2 Organic avocado
2 Leaf of organic kale
Sauce: siracha aioli
- Cook brown rice
- Chop and slice all vegetables
- Once the rice is cooked, let it cool down.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together with the siracha aioli and a splash of sesame oil
