Healthy meal on the go 

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It provides you with energy and nutrients that leads to better concentration, jump your metabolism… and many other benefits.

Life happens, there is just not enough time in the day for us to do everything that we want to do. One of my favorite on the go breakfast is Nutrient Rich’s superfood smoothie blend. It contains organic whole food, chia seed,  and vitamin B12. Unlike many other similiar products you find in the grocery store, this product doesn’t have preservative, artificial flavoring nor added sugar! It is vegan, paleo friendly , gluten free, and soy free.

Two of my favorite flavors are the kalicious and beeterrific! I am a hug kale smoothie lover and you can check out my smoothie recipes. I’m not a beets fan but beets does contain a lot of beneficial nutrients so we should be eating them… If you are in the mood of trying something new or challenge yourself, give this a try! You don’t taste the strong beets taste in this product, as the other ingredients in the smoothie does cover the beets taste.
